1.3 User-Generated Content
The App allows you to create and store custom word lists and learning progress data. This information is stored locally on your device and may be backed up to your iCloud account if you have enabled this feature on your device.

If you delete your account or uninstall the App, your local data will be removed from your device. If you have enabled iCloud backup, your data may remain in your iCloud backup until you delete it from iCloud.

You can also control the collection of certain information by adjusting your device settings. For example, you can disable analytics collection by adjusting your settings within the App.

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

The App does not use cookies, but may use similar technologies to collect information about your usage of the App. You can control the use of these technologies through your device settings.
14. California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)
We comply with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
15. Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers allow you to send "Do Not Track" signals to websites you visit. The App does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals.
16. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the information to the United States and process it there.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
